CNN reports Peterson claims desertion, meets with divorce lawyer 

CNN reports that Drew Peterson has met with a prominent divorce attorney, in contemplation of filing for divorce on the grounds of desertion.  Although never indicted, Drew Peterson was a primary suspect in the highly profiled investigation of the disappearance of his wife, Stacy Peterson, in October 2007.  Stacy Peterson was never found and investigators have labeled the case a “potential homicide.”  Drew Peterson maintains that his wife, who was thirty years his junior, left him for another man. www.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/11/18/peterson.divorce.lawyer/index.html
