Who watchers the watchers?  That’s the question that three former Nassau County Police Detectives faced as they suffered through years of gender based discrimination while working for the Nassau County Police Department.  For Pamela Olsen, Deirdre Ketchum, and Noreen Cribbin the answer was the law firm of Leeds Morelli & Brown P.C.  Leeds Morelli & Brown attorneys Rick Ostrove and Tom Ricotta fought hard during a six week trial on behalf of the plaintiffs.  A federal jury awarded the three women one million ($1,000,000) dollars in damages http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7z60xJobzGA.
