Hubby Sued for Giving Wife STD: Grounds for Divorce, Adultery 

On Thursday August 14, 2008 CNN reported that a woman was suing her husband for $25 million dollars.  The husband admits to being involved with other women during business trips, and to having a mistress in New York.  He also admits to twice infecting his wife with sexually transmitted diseases, most recently HPV.  The story is shocking and upsetting, and an example of how adultery can have a physical and emotional toll on a spouse.  Read the rest of this entry »
